Porches
At J.A.S we can design & install a porch to your requirement's. There are many different styles and options so you will always be able to find a porch that suits your property and needs.
Adding a porch to any external door of your house is considered to be permitted development, not requiring an application for planning permission, provided: the ground floor area (measured externally) would not exceed three square metres.
Roof options include:
- Lean-To & Edwardian style glazed with either glass or polycarbonate
- Tiled Roof
- Flat Felt Roof
